MEETING SCHEDULE
6:00pm – 7:00pm: gate/doors open at 6pm. Come help the board members set up for the meeting and socialize with other members. Meeting will begin promptly at 7pm.
7:00pm – 7:15pm: Business meeting
7:15pm – 8:15pm: Presentation with questions at the end
8:15pm – 8:50pm: Raffle
8:50pm – 9:00 pm: Clean up
Dennis Sharmahd will speak on his years of experiments with collecting and propagating rare fruits and herbs at his farm in Escondido.
Dennis is an edible landscaper, herbalist and mycologist. He grew up with rare fruits and an edible landscape garden in Lemon Grove, California. He has been exploring Mexico and Brazil for rare fruits, herbs, and mushrooms. He is also one of the early members of the San Diego Mycological Society and a former grower at Golden Gourmet Mushroom Farm.
